Living a life of intentionality, connection, and purpose.
My Work.
I love what I do. And I care about helping others do the same.
I feel fortunate to spend my time and energy supporting individuals and organizations who care about improving their impact.
I am a fulltime faculty member at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. I currently teach Problem Solving, Leadership Development and Social Entrepreneurship.
Along with teaching at the University of Minnesota, I currently support a number of community organizations including Leadership St Paul, Humphrey Policy Fellows, and Impact Hub MSP.
I regularly speak about the intersection of business acumen and social impact. Where mission meets money. I believe in lifelong learning and the importance of a growth mindset.
Outside of teaching, I can be found taking friends and family up for a flight after recently earning my private pilot’s license, or exploring a new brewery with my wife.

Living with Intentionality.
We all are afforded limited time and energy. And that means we need to make the most out of it. Queue inspiring vids here and here. It starts with taking initiative.
I care about helping others prioritize what matters most to them in order to co-create their path to purpose. I earned my life coaching certificate through CTI and I believe in utilizing the seven dimensions of wellness to support clients.
If you are interested in designing your life with more intentionality, please feel free to reach out and contact me below. I'm always interested in meeting new folks and happy to offer a complimentary 30min intro session.
